   hello,

   thanks for making a new version of vcam available!

   one feature which would be amazing – and was supposed to be in a future version of the original vcam – is parallax motion!

   it worked so that you could define a z-value for each movieclip, and when you move the camera horizontally, each movieclip moves at different speeds depending on how far they are from the camera.

   It would also be relatively easy to add simple DOF (depth of field) – different amount of blur filter on the movieclips, depending on their z value and the focus point of the camera

   I have to say, just like everyone else, I think this is a fantastic tool. I do have one issue though and I hope you can help me out.

   I want to put a black strip with some text across the bottom of my stage, completely unaffected by the vcam. Is there any other way to do this besides having to import one swf into another?
